CRE Founders Hub is a project by Marcom18 and BrandMastery360, built by founder Vikram Jethwani. Over the past 20 years, Vikram has built brands and systems for CRE founders across the USA, working alongside fund managers, syndicator, and operators. In that time, one problem kept showing up in every conversation: operators spend more time hunting for the service providers than they do closing deals.

CRE Founders Hub is the fix. It’s a curated directory of the tools and providers CRE founders actually need to launch and scale, organized the way operators think, not the way a generic business directory does.
